Shared housing in the AirBnB does not guarantee your own private room, you may be in a room with other people or sleeping in a communal area. If this is problematic and you need to sleep in a bed in a private bedroom we recommend finding a hotel or separate housing for yourself.

Primal Movement Reset Liability Waiver and Release Agreement

Effective Date: June 18th, 2025

By completing this registration, you (participant) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement. This is a binding legal agreement between yourself and Primal Movement LLC ("Company") for participation in the Primal Movement Summit ("Event").

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

Participant acknowledges that the Event involves physically demanding activities, including but not limited to movement training, exercise, martial arts, surfing, and outdoor activities. Participant understands that:

These activities inherently involve risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, muscle strain, dehydration, heat exhaustion, drowning, and other physical injuries or health complications.
The Event may take place outdoors, where environmental hazards such as uneven terrain, weather conditions, and wildlife may pose additional risks.

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in the Event.

2. Release of Liability

Participant agrees to release, waive, and discharge Primal Movement LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, coaches, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates ("Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

Any injury, illness, or property damage sustained during the Event.
Negligence by any of the Released Parties.
Acts of other participants.

This release applies to all claims or damages, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Fitness and Medical Condition

Participant affirms that they:

Are in good physical condition and capable of safely participating in the activities offered at the Event.
Have no medical condition, illness, or injury that would prevent safe participation or increase the risk of harm.

Participant agrees to stop participating and inform event staff immediately if they experience pain, dizziness, or other signs of distress.

4. Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, lawsuits, or demands brought against them by:

The Participant or any third party arising out of the Participant’s actions or participation in the Event.
Costs, including legal fees, associated with defending such claims.

5. Photo/Video Release

Participant grants permission for Primal Movement LLC and Iwar Woolschot (videographer) to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Event for promotional purposes. Participant waives any rights to compensation or ownership of such media.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or participation in the Event will be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, as permitted by law, rather than court proceedings.

7. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By clicking "Agree" and completing registration, Participant confirms that they:

Have read and understood this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement.
Are at least 18 years old or have a legal guardian's consent if under 18.
Agree to the terms voluntarily and without coercion.
