Luis Matamaros
Coach Luis was a high level volleyball player for the National Team of Honduras. He blends his knowledge of athleticism, competition, coaching, and mentorship to help his clients achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. He works with all people achieving pain free movement, and reconnecting them with their bodies using movement training and elite mentorship.
Coach David Asturias
Since Coach David was 14 years old, he found himself jumping from health professional to health professional. "I visited doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors and none of them could take away the pain I felt. All this changed when I learned about this training methodology." In just sessions David's pain was relieved and that led him to a deeper desire to expand his knowledge of the human body and to immerse himself in natural movement training methodology. Thanks to a positive community of coaches, his own discipline, and perseverance he saw more posture, movement pattern and coaching strategy improvements. Today David's online coaching focuses on helping people do the same.
Coach Inés Gonzales-Lopez
Coach Inés has competed in sport for most of her life whole life. Upon reflecting on her life, movement has been always there: dance since she was 8 years old, hiking, biking, boxing, and mace training are some of her favorite ways to move. Coach Inés has a holistic view about health and training. "You cannot build a strong body without building a strong mind, understanding strong body as a body that is capable of anything you ask for and understanding strong mind as a resilient and calm mind, a mind that focus on the good, a mind that sees life as a challenge and that push you to go forward even in the worst moment." Coach Inés empowers her clients by connecting mindfulness, movement, nutrition, balance and intuition.
